PROCESSING TIME
All product orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received. Processing time applies to hair bundles, closures, frontals, and other retail products available in the Hair Sauce Beauty Lounge store.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
SHIPPING
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Hair Sauce Beauty Lounge is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been dispatched.
ORDER ACCURACY
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all product selections, lengths, textures, and quantities are correct before submitting their order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of beauty and hair products, all sales are final. Hair Sauce Beauty Lounge does not offer refunds or exchanges on hair products once an order has been placed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Hair Sauce Beauty Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, color, texture, and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and natural variations in raw or virgin hair.
